Omar Hassan designs the PiùDiUno tapestry, the perfect synthesis of research and action as a tribute to contemporary art. A colorful tapestry inspired by Injections, one of the artist’s most celebrated collections, produced in India by local artisans at CC-Tapis. Developed entirely by hand, by artisans who closely follow the artist’s vision, meticulously executing the design, composed of varying widths of wool pieces, ranging from 5 to 15 mm in length. The finishing process begins with the application of bright, colorful fringes that evoke the artist’s work, in a dialogue between painting, sculpture, and craftsmanship. “This work represents my vision of society: a collection of individuals who, all together and without prevarication, form a marvel of colors.” Omar Hassan
